Grape variety : 90% merlot and 10% cabernet sauvignon.
Tasting : Full-bodied and robust , with nice tannins well integrated , a final a slightly tight. A fairly powerful wine that needs a nice meat sauce to round its tannins.
Food Pairing : Decant before tasting. Drinking with a sirloin steak « bordeaux » style, a rib roast with few mushroom (boletus), fried baby potatoes (« grenailles ») with butter.
Service Temperature : Drink at around 16°C.
Annual Production : 88.000 bottles (7000 cases).
